Job Title: Full Time Retail Makeup ArtistWe are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Full Time Retail Makeup Artist to join our team in Selfridges, Oxford Street. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and promoting our brand values.
Main Responsibilities:- Support customers on the shop floor, providing expert advice and guidance on our products.
- Drive sales and achieve team sales targets through effective product knowledge and excellent customer service.
- Offer a strong level of expertise in makeup and beauty techniques, assisting customers with shade matching and product queries.
- Maintain a clear and hygienic work area, adhering to hygiene rules and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Assist with in-store events and masterclasses, promoting our brand and products.
- Proactively approach customers in a warm and friendly manner, providing a exceptional customer experience.
- Maintain the store quality and merchandising, including appearance and cleanliness of counter/store, following merchandising guidelines and ensuring on-shelf product availability.
- Be a Sculpted by Aimee brand ambassador, conveying passion for the brand and mastering 'Sculpted' storytelling.
- Flexible availability across days/hours.
- Previous retail experience, preferably in a similar setting, is essential.
- Makeup artistry experience, a certified makeup qualification is desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, communicating effectively with store visitors and customers.
- Proactively drive continuous improvement initiatives to deliver value.
- Excellent attention to detail and fluency in spoken and written English.
