We are seeking a talented Brand Manager to join our team at a leading FMCG company. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies to drive growth and increase household penetration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute consumer activation plans that drive engagement and conversion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand strategies align with overall business objectives.
- Evaluate implemented strategies for effectiveness and make data-driven decisions to optimize results.
- Own content development and community management, serving as the face of the brand.
- Build relationships with influencers and brand partners to expand the brand's reach and reputation.
- Implement engaging online community activities to connect with the target audience and foster brand loyalty.
- Stay ahead of the competition by continuously analyzing portfolio performance and identifying growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with product development, sales, and category teams to ensure seamless execution and market success.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant innovation and consumer insights to inform brand strategies.
About You:
- Proven experience in brand management, preferably in a consumer goods or FMCG setting.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to drive business results.
- Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Passion for innovation, creativity, and building strong brand connections.
