About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and fashion-conscious individual to join our team as a Brand Stylist. As a Brand Stylist, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and providing expert advice on our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in comprehensive training programs to develop your expertise and skillset, ensuring alignment with our brand's expectations.
  • Present and educate customers on the features, benefits, and style of our Ready to Wear and Custom-Made products.
  • Apply professional sales techniques to achieve personal and store sales targets, while adhering to our company policies and procedures.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to increase loyalty and retention, utilizing our Radically Personal program.
  • Maintain a visually appealing store environment by properly displaying merchandise according to our visual guidelines.
  • Ensure all store operations and standards are met, as per company expectations.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the store leadership team.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in sales, hospitality, and/or service.
  • A genuine passion for fashion and styling.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a team-based culture.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Availability to work full-time (40 hours per week).
