Due to continued growth and expansion, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bathroom Sales Consultant to join our team at Thistle Group, working from our showroom in Aberdeen.

Our Bathroom Sales Consultants are responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by leveraging their expertise in bathroom design, product knowledge, and the latest 3D design software.

This role will require the successful candidate to:

  • Engage directly with customers visiting our showroom, providing personalized guidance and support.
  • Conduct home visits to take project measurements and gather customer requirements.
  • Utilize the latest 3D design software to expertly design and quote bathroom solutions.
  • Provide regular feedback to our management team to ensure our bathroom design and quotation service meets the evolving needs of our customers.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven track record in customer-facing sales roles.
  • Exceptional knowledge of bathroom products and a keen eye for design.
  • High level of experience with bathroom design software and pricing/quotation packages – familiarity with Compusoft Innoplus is an advantage.
  • Professionalism and ability to represent Thistle Group at the highest standard.
