About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lecturer in Business Administration to join our team at Ayrshire College.

As a Lecturer in Business Administration, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality learning and teaching experiences to our students, ensuring they achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of the department curriculum, ensuring it meets the required quality and standards.
  • Support the Curriculum Quality Manager in the delivery of the curriculum, providing an integrated learning experience that supports the student journey.
  • Assist in the assessment of relevant resources, ensuring they are effective and meet the needs of our students.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 tools, utilizing them to enhance the learning experience.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching methods, ensuring our students receive a high-quality education.
Requirements
  • Hold a minimum of a degree in a relevant Business, Administration, or Accounting discipline.
  • Have relevant teaching and/or industry experience, with a strong understanding of the education sector.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office 365 tools, with the ability to utilize them effectively in the classroom.
  • Possess a comprehensive knowledge of learning and teaching methodologies, with the ability to adapt to changing educational landscapes.
