Position Overview

As a Field Service Engineer specializing in electrical and mechanical systems, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our services within the energy sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and resolve electrical issues related to motors, generators, and control systems.
  • Install, maintain, and repair both electrical and mechanical systems in industrial environments.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance of equipment.
  • Interpret technical documents, including electrical schematics and manuals, to facilitate installations and repairs.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to devise effective electrical solutions.
  • Perform inspections and tests to identify potential safety hazards and recommend enhancements.
  • Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including materials utilized and maintenance schedules.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A relevant qualification in Electrical Engineering or a similar field.
  • Experience as an Industrial Electrical Technician or in a comparable role.
  • Proficiency in understanding industrial electrical systems, including wiring, motors, transformers, and control systems.
  • Ability to interpret electrical drawings and technical documentation.
  • A solid grasp of electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • A valid driving license.

Our benefits package includes 22 days of annual leave plus public holidays, and a subsistence allowance for remote work.
