Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workforce Planning Support Officer to join our team at University Hospitals of Derby and Burton NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the Workforce Planning Business Partner in ensuring the effective planning and coordination of workforce operational requests.

Main Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to provide timely and accurate workforce submissions.
  • Assist with the development of workforce planning metrics within the Workforce Dashboard.
  • Manage projects related to workforce planning and serve as a key point of contact for workforce planning enquiries.
  • Support the delivery, analysis, and evaluation of workforce planning and reporting.
