Position Overview
Join our dedicated Community Health Care Team as a Community Nursing Staff Member.
Your role will involve assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care under the guidance of the team leader.
You will play a crucial part in delivering high-quality patient care around the clock, ensuring that our services are effective, efficient, and appropriate.
In the absence of the District Nursing Team Manager or Deputy, you will step in to oversee operations.
It is essential to adhere to the NMC Professional Code of Conduct and relevant policies.
