Job Title: Experienced Registered Manager for Learning Disabilities
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and quality-focused Registered Manager to lead our residential and supported living service in the Newcastle area. The successful candidate will have prior experience as a Registered Manager, preferably in Learning Disabilities, and a strong understanding of CQC regulations, health and social care legislation, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of staff to deliver high-quality person-centered care to adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Physical Disabilities.
- Develop and implement care plans that promote independence and well-being.
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and health and social care legislation.
- Manage staff performance, provide training and development opportunities, and promote a positive work culture.
- Collaborate with external partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Registered Manager, preferably in Learning Disabilities.
- QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management/Registered Managers Award/NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care (Preferred).
- Strong staff management skills and ability to lead a team.
- Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, health and social care legislation, and regulatory requirements.
- Enthusiasm, passion, and determination to achieve Outstanding and deliver high-quality care.
