Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Powered Access Engineer to join our team. As a Powered Access Engineer, you will be responsible for providing service, maintenance, and breakdown repair on access platforms and On-Board Power Systems to our well-known and wide-ranging customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide service, maintenance, and breakdown repair on access platforms and On-Board Power Systems
• Work remotely on a mobile basis throughout the Bristol, Somerset, Gloucestershire, and Wiltshire area
• Provide close support to our customers and ensure their equipment is in good working order
• Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless delivery of services
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry developments

Requirements:

• CAP certification
• Experience of working on the service, maintenance, repair, and inspection of powered access equipment such as MEWP's, access platforms, scissor and boom lifts
• Good understanding of hydraulics, mechanics, and basic fault-finding on electrics
• Experience of 12v / 24v power systems, vehicle ancillary equipment such as On Board Power, power inverters, and MEWP would be a distinct advantage
