Job SummaryThe International Finance Analyst East will play a critical role in supporting the financial operations of our country programs in Europe. This includes providing technical financial support, reviewing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with donor regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide financial analysis and support to country programs, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Review and analyze financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with donor regulations.
- Develop and maintain financial models and tools to support financial planning and decision-making.
- Collaborate with country finance teams to ensure effective financial management and compliance.
- Provide training and capacity building to country finance teams on financial management and compliance.
- Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in an international development organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
