Key Responsibilities:
- Understand customer requirements and align them with system capabilities.
- Develop and sustain current quality management systems.
- Review and implement plant processes, work instructions, and pertinent documentation.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and accurate documentation of changes.
- Collaborate with the quality team to facilitate problem-solving initiatives.
- Work with management to promote effective training and continuous improvement across the organization.

Desirable Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in a similar role (e.g., Quality Systems Engineer).
- Certified auditor in systems such as ISO 9001, AS 9100, IATF 16949, and VDA.
- Proficient in managing Quality KPIs including Scrap, PPM, CAPA, etc.
- Educational background in Mechanical Engineering (HNC/HND) or equivalent training.
