Cloud Imperium Games Limited is a leading game development company, and we are seeking a highly skilled Associate QA Lead Tester to join our Quality Assurance team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and stability of our games.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with Lead QA Testers to coordinate testing efforts and ensure seamless game development.
  • Create and maintain test checklists, verify resolved issues, and collaborate with Development and Production teams.
  • Maintain an organized bug database, vetting issues from testers, and ensuring clear written comprehension in bug reports.
  • Highlight issues to relevant production staff, pushing back when quality standards are in question.
  • Develop and evolve Quality Assurance methodologies, ensuring current processes are adhered to.
  • Provide detailed reports on ongoing or completed tasks to relevant parties.
What You'll Need:
  • Great understanding of QA testing methodologies and technical requirements for games.
  • Experience creating and/or maintaining test plans and checklists, using software such as TestRail or Excel.
  • Strong time-management skills, with the ability to focus on given priorities, adapt, and be flexible to changing requests.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and defect tracking tools, e.g., Jira, Redmine, Devtrack.
  • Exemplary written and verbal communication skills, with an excellent eye for detail.
  • Proven ability to work under rapid development cycles.
  • A thorough knowledge of video games development.
  • Natural curiosity and an enthusiasm for finding bugs.
  • Experience in a professional QA Environment (preferably in the games industry).
