About the Role

Oliver Wyman is a global leader in management consulting, with a presence in over 70 cities across 30 countries. We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Accounting Specialist to join our OWG Technology Team in London.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across the business, finance, and business relationship managers to manage application questions, implement changes, and drive application enhancements.
  • Support month-end closure financial processes, monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth operation.
  • Apply and support accounting practices within the Certinia applications, including opportunity and project management, revenue recognition, and time management.
  • Act as a liaison between the business, finance, and business relationship managers to understand and address application-related needs.
  • Drive the development and enhancements of the application relating to finance and accounting matters.
  • Conduct user training sessions on application functionalities and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for application processes and configurations.
  • Ensure data integrity and security within the applications.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience with Certinia Accounting (FinancialForce)
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Salesforce Administrator
  • Solid background in accounting practices, especially in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and revenue recognition
  • Agile delivery experience using methodologies like Scrum or SAFe, and tools like ServiceNow, Jira, and Azure DevOps
  • Qualification or degree in Computer Science, Accountancy, or a related field
