As a key member of the CHMLS Services Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our state-of-the-art facilities, including simulated hospital wards, clinical skills training rooms, and anatomy suites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the technical operations of the Medical School, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and vendors.
  • Develop and implement technical strategies to support the growth and development of the Medical School.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations, including health and safety, procurement, and the Human Tissue Act.
  • Collaborate with the College Services Manager to develop and implement projects of varying sizes.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of high-quality leadership and management.
  • Familiarity with a wide range of equipment used in a medical education setting, including troubleshooting and minor repairs.
  • Experience and knowledge of clinical simulation.
  • Excellent working knowledge of relevant legislation and compliance requirements.
  • Experience in managing relationships with various internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in managing projects of varying sizes.
  • Commitment to the continued professional development of oneself and others.
