Role Overview: We are seeking a passionate Gymnastics Instructor to lead our gymnastics programs for both children and adults. This position plays a vital role in promoting the legacy of the 2012 Olympics, as our gymnastics courses continue to gain popularity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service to all participants.
  • Address customer inquiries and feedback effectively.
  • Deliver high-quality gymnastics instruction across various skill levels.
  • Ensure lessons are engaging, safe, and progressive.
  • Utilize safe coaching techniques and support participants in their development.
  • Maintain accurate attendance and assessment records using GLL technology.
  • Assist with the setup and maintenance of equipment.

  • Support the assessment process, including award schemes and skills evaluations.
  • Offer feedback to parents when necessary.
  • Supervise and maintain cleanliness in training areas.
  • Set up equipment for lessons and courses.

Qualifications:

  • A positive attitude and a strong commitment to customer service.
  • A genuine passion for gymnastics and a desire to inspire others.
  • Knowledge of health and safety protocols.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Qualifications at Level 1, 2, or 3 in gymnastics coaching are preferred, though training opportunities are available for aspiring coaches.
