**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Process Controller to join our Stock Team at Lineage Logistics. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth flow of stock inbound and outbound to our Coldstore.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate stock queries and discrepancies, providing timely and accurate resolutions to internal requests and customer inquiries.
  • Support the systematic flow of stock, ensuring seamless operations and minimizing disruptions.
  • Manage and maintain Automation and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor and report system performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Liaise with the engineering team to rectify faults and ensure minimal downtime.
  • Act on and monitor the site shared inbox, responding to email queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our numerous customers through email and phone communication.
  • Maintain a positive relationship with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Provide data to customers to improve performance and support in ensuring the site meets Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Manage the Non-Conformance Report (NCR) process, ensuring customers are informed of any discrepancies.
  • Set pick-ups and delivery appointments based on service and schedule requirements.
  • Interface with the customer base to facilitate problem resolution and improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure carrier/customer accessorial costs are communicated in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Professional customer service and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, team player with the ability to use own initiative.
  • Administration skills, including knowledge of warehouse system software.
  • Good numeracy and literacy skills.
  • PC literate, including Microsoft Office.
  • Experience of customer care in shipping and transportation is essential.
  • Experience of working with WMS is a bonus but not essential.
