Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Belmont Recruitment. As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to young people aged 13-18 years old who are suffering from mental health difficulties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized care and support to young people with mental health needs
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify the needs of young people
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to address the mental health needs of young people
  • Provide education and support to young people and their families

Requirements:

  • Registered Mental Health Nurse qualification
  • Experience working with young people with mental health needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
