Job Title: QHSE Manager

Red - Specialist Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled QHSE Manager to join our client's team in Teeside. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the leadership team in developing and managing the company's QHSE performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development of HSEQ policies, processes, and guidelines.
  • Monitor and advise on all QHSE matters, issues, and concerns to ensure company compliance with contractual and statutory requirements.
  • Liaise with onsite management teams, customers, and supply chain regarding QHSE matters, providing support and advice as required.
  • Promote the value of QHSE initiatives in the workplace while ensuring that legislation is adhered to.
  • Responsible for the company's QHSE processes and procedures, liaison with QHSE auditors to maintain Company's accreditations (ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001).
  • Provide support on all QHSE matters, produce QHSE statistics monthly, identify trends, communicate safety alerts to promote learning and prevention.

Requirements:

  • NEBOSH General Certificate, NVQ Level 3 in OHS or equivalent.
  • Experience managing an ISO accredited system preferred.
  • Experience within marine/maritime industry environment.

Salary: £45,000 per annum
