Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our Industrial and Environmental service departments, ensuring the compliance of our operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the QHSE/Operations Coordinator, responding to requests and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Enter certification data onto our reporting system accurately and efficiently.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Assist with the booking of technicians' work, ensuring seamless coordination of operations.
- Support the invoicing process, ensuring accurate and timely payment.
- Interact with suppliers and clients to procure spares and equipment as required.
- Assist with the procurement of required PPE and consumables.
- Support the Senior Engineer in ensuring client documentation requirements are processed and received in a timely manner.
- Provide backup support to the QHSE/Operations Coordinator during absence.
Requirements
- GCSE English and Maths or equivalent.
- Recognized qualification in administrative skills (desirable).
- IOSH Managing Safely (desirable).
