The Ideal Candidate

  • We're looking for energetic and charismatic individuals with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Candidates should be creative, flexible, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the hospitality or leisure sector is required.

The Role

  • As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless guest experience, from arrival to departure.
  • You will be the primary point of contact for guests, handling check-ins, food and beverage service, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Our goal is to create an immersive experience for our guests, and we rely on our team members to deliver exceptional service and ensure that every guest leaves with a positive impression.
  • You will work closely with the management team to maintain high standards of health and safety, food management, and customer service.
  • Responsibilities will include leading shifts, maintaining product knowledge, and ensuring that all team members are fully briefed and equipped to deliver an exceptional experience.
