About the Role

The Elizabeth School of London is seeking a Wellbeing Officer to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our students throughout their academic journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting wellbeing meetings with students to discuss their problems and concerns.
  • Analysing and identifying wellbeing cases and sharing reports with the Wellbeing Manager.
  • Providing guidance, advice, and information related to student wellbeing and pastoral care, as well as support for students experiencing emotional or practical difficulties affecting their learning.
  • Managing a caseload of student wellbeing matters, reviewing support needs, logging student outcomes, and communicating with tutors and other central services.
  • Helping the Wellbeing Manager deliver workshops, webinars, and awareness-raising events.
  • Planning and organising own workload.
  • Contributing to longer-term plans and programmes.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Psychology, Education, or related subjects.
  • Experience in risk assessments and crisis management.
