**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Project Sales Manager to join our Building Automation team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue in the building management systems (BMS) market.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives in the Building Controls marketplace.
  • Identify and engage with potential clients within the Building Controls industry.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and collaborate with project managers and engineers to design customized solutions that meet client requirements and specifications.
  • Cost estimates, engage with suppliers and collaborate with internal teams.
  • Manage the entire sales process, from solution design to estimating through to proposal development.
  • Liaise with internal teams of engineers.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities in the building controls marketplace.

**Requirements**

  • A high level of technical BMS knowledge and the life cycle of the system.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively engage with clients.
