We offer various permanent contracts ranging from 16 to 40 hours per week, as well as 8-hour fixed-term contracts.

As a Bar Team Member, your primary responsibilities will include serving food and beverages to our guests with a positive demeanor, addressing customer inquiries or concerns, and collaborating with our kitchen team to ensure prompt order delivery.

We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • Flexibility to work 8, 16, or 40 hours per week across various shifts, including weekends and late evenings.
  • Experience in a restaurant, bar, or hotel setting as a Server, Waiter/Waitress, Barista, Bartender, or Host.
  • A relaxed and thoughtful approach to service, showcasing your personality and ability to host our guests, ensuring a laid-back experience.
  • A passion for environmental sustainability, characterized by innovation and a desire to contribute to eco-friendly practices.
  • A readiness to be part of the voco team and provide a warm Glasgow welcome to our guests.
