Key Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare menus that cater to diverse dietary requirements, focusing on healthy and nutritious meals.
• Manage kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food preparation and presentation for large volumes of customers.
• Maintain excellent quality and hygiene standards, adhering to food safety regulations and COSHH guidelines.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for our colleagues.

About You

• Has Food Safety Level 2 certification and COSHH training (or willingness to obtain).
