Customer Service Advisor Opportunity

Location: South West London

Salary: £25-33k DOE

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 4.30pm

Job Description:

We are seeking a friendly and confident Customer Service Advisor to join our client's team in South West London. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for handling client enquiries over the phone, responding to email and live chat inquiries, making appointments and bookings, and making customer care calls.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Handle client enquiries over the phone and via email and live chat
  • Make appointments and bookings
  • Make customer care calls
  • Prepare training seminar rooms and provide a warm and welcoming experience for clients

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Warm and friendly manner
  • Computer literate
  • Smart appearance
  • Reliable, experienced, and a good team player
