About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Swimming Instructor to join our team at GLL. As a Swimming Instructor, you will play a key role in delivering safe and effective swimming lessons to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and provide excellent customer service to our customers.
  • Deliver swimming lessons to customers of all ages and abilities, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience.
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the needs of our customers, promoting water safety and confidence in the water.
  • Monitor and maintain the safety of our customers during lessons, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless and efficient service delivery.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new programs and initiatives to enhance our swimming services.

Requirements:

  • STA Award or Certificate level or Swim England Level 2 qualification.
  • Experience in teaching swimming to customers of all ages and abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and child protection policies.
