We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at JCA Recruitment Specialists. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for selling our company's product range of services into businesses such as insurance companies, car dealerships, and body shops.

Key Responsibilities
  • 30% account management and 70% new business, with a goal of increasing account management to 60%
  • Taking over a performing territory with a well-established customer base
  • Managing your own time and diary with autonomy
  • Working from home with a territory covering the M25 and surrounding areas
  • Selling via face-to-face meetings
