Our Team Supervisor compensation begins at £14.28 per hour; this may increase to £15.41 for locations within the M25. Additional remuneration may apply based on location and skill set.
We guarantee new team members a minimum of 16 hours per week, but we also offer opportunities for those who prefer fewer hours, with a minimum of 12 hours.
The table above outlines the preferred availability for work – the availability windows. Your scheduled hours will be arranged within these times, and you will receive 3 weeks' notice regarding your exact shifts. We are open to accommodating flexibility for our team members, so if your available times closely align with our requirements, we would still like to hear from you.

As a Team Supervisor, you will:
- Operate in a fast-paced retail setting, offering a variety of tasks
- Take charge of managing duty shifts, coordinating the team to ensure a clean, well-stocked store that exceeds customer expectations
- Be attentive to customers, ensuring they leave satisfied with their purchases
- Seek opportunities to enhance service quality, including mentoring your colleagues and providing constructive feedback
- Support and guide your team members in-store, ensuring a safe working and shopping environment
- Maintain a strong understanding of store performance, assisting management in implementing actions that improve operations
- Lead by example, setting a positive standard for your colleagues in all aspects of your work
