About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have experience in a field sales role within the construction sector and be able to plan their diary/time effectively. You will be confident in winning new business and managing existing accounts, with a can-do attitude and a hunger for success.
Key Responsibilities- Sell structural support solutions to customers in the South West and South Wales regions
- Manage sales pipeline through effective scheduling and identification of key projects and customers
- Work with colleagues to share leads and ensure continuity in expertise
- Deliver profitable growth through the development of new business and growing existing business
- £30k-£35k basic salary
- Uncapped OTE (paid monthly in arrears)
- Company car + fuel card
- Pension scheme
