Security Operations Center Director

At Deriv, we're seeking a seasoned Security Operations Center Manager to lead our team in ensuring the highest levels of availability, integrity, and confidentiality of our critical assets and data.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement security incident management processes, procedures, and workflows to minimize the impact of security incidents on the business and its customers.
- Lead and manage a diverse team of security analysts and engineers, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure their growth and development.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including technical and non-technical teams, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging threats and technologies, applying this knowledge to inform our security strategies and improve our incident response capabilities.
- 13+ years of work experience, with over 5 years in SOC management.
- Proven track record in leading and managing Security Operations Centers, ensuring effective incident response and continuous monitoring.
- Calm under pressure, with the ability to maintain composure and lead the team effectively during security incidents and high-stress situations.
- Relevant certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, GIAC, or equivalent.
