We are seeking a skilled Truck Tyre Technician to join our team at Micheldever Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient fitting of tyres on commercial vehicles.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out tyre fitting and repairs to a high standard, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Use an alignment machine to ensure accurate tyre alignment and make relevant adjustments.
- Work safely and efficiently, adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with customers and management.
- Identify and report any additional faults found on customer vehicles.
Requirements
- Hold a Mechanics Level 2/3 qualification.
- Have experience working in a truck environment.
- Be competent in tyre fitting and repairs.
- Hold a full valid driving licence.
- Exhibit excellent customer service skills.
- Have experience working in a professional workshop environment.
