About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced dental practitioner to join our team as a Clinical Teacher in the Centre for Teaching and Innovation, Institute of Dentistry. The successful candidate will provide clinical teaching and support for the training of BDS and DCP undergraduate students in our outreach clinics.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality clinical teaching and support to undergraduate students in our outreach clinics
- Develop and implement clinical education programs to enhance student learning and skills
- Contribute to the development of curriculum and assessment materials
- Participate in clinical governance and training activities
- Collaborate with colleagues to promote a safe and supportive learning environment
About You
We are looking for an experienced dental practitioner with a strong passion for education and a commitment to delivering high-quality clinical teaching. You will have a good understanding of dental education and a proven track record of promoting a safe working environment. You will also have excellent interpersonal and teamworking skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with students, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
