About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at IRIS-Networx Services. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in our growth by generating new business opportunities, sourcing new pipeline, and investigating potential clients, industries, and markets to effectively target and convert prospects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting
    • Engage potential clients through various outreach methods.
  • Client Engagement
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients by understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Pipeline Management
    • Track and manage leads and prospects, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate documentation in our CRM system.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to develop and implement effective lead generation strategies.
  • Industry Knowledge
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new business opportunities and provide strategic insights.
  • Performance Reporting
    • Provide regular updates and reports on lead generation activities, progress, and results to the management team.
