Role Overview:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing the manufacturing schedule, ensuring alignment with demand forecasts, internal capacity limitations, and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
As an Operations Planner, your primary duties will include:
1. **Workflow Management:** Overseeing the issuance of job orders and related documentation on a daily basis.
2. **Data Validation:** Ensuring the accuracy of shop floor data to reflect the real-time status of production and available capacity.
3. **Capacity Planning:** Analyzing all manufacturing work centers to balance actual and projected capacity against planned operations.

Qualifications:
The successful candidate will possess the following skills and experience:
- Proven experience in production scheduling and material planning utilizing APS and ERP systems.
- Background in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Proficiency in standard Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Familiarity with engineering or manufacturing settings.
