Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with production, planning, and maintenance teams to ensure seamless execution of the maintenance strategy.
  • Ensure that all service and regulatory requirements are met on schedule.
  • Evaluate maintenance activities and equipment performance, providing insights through engineering reports and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
  • Degree or equivalent certification in an engineering discipline.
  • Extensive industrial experience, particularly in troubleshooting roles.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering manuals, blueprints, and technical drawings.
  • Strong skills in data analysis, PC applications, and communication.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certification in Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma.
  • Project management certification.
  • Previous experience in a highly regulated industry, such as pharmaceuticals or medical devices.
