About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate to join our Real Estate team in Norwich. As a key member of our Food and Agribusiness sector, you will work closely with our partners and other team members to deliver a wide range of real estate services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and run acquisitions and disposals of agricultural land, estates, and strategic land
  • Advise on sales, purchases, and advisory work in relation to farms, landed estates, and agricultural land
  • Refinance transactions for landowners and rural businesses
  • Assist with agricultural, rural, and business tenancies
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and other professionals
Requirements
  • 4PQE+ Senior and Principal Associates with excellent technical ability and experience of agricultural property work
  • Good academics and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written English and ability to produce clear, logical drafting
  • Negotiating skills and numeracy
  • IT literacy and good research skills
  • Lateral thinking and problem-solving skills
