Job Overview

Eden Scott is seeking a highly skilled Defined Benefit Pensions Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our pensions administration team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of defined benefit schemes and working at the forefront of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of defined benefit schemes, including DB and DC schemes
  • Develop and implement effective administration strategies to ensure compliance with scheme rules and current legislation
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients on defined benefit pensions administration
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality services to clients
  • Contribute to the development of new business opportunities and growth initiatives

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in defined benefit pensions administration, including technical knowledge of cradle-to-grave pensions administration
  • Strong understanding of scheme rules and current legislation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Professional qualifications such as progress towards PMI are desirable
