Skilled Floor Layers Wanted in South London

We are seeking qualified Floor Layers to join our team at Skilled Careers, working on day-to-day reactive maintenance repairs in occupied domestic properties for a local authority.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on social housing properties.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and property managers.
  • Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to high-quality standards.
  • Conduct inspections and identify areas requiring maintenance or repair.
  • Collaborate with other maintenance team members and contractors as needed.

VAN AND FUEL PROVIDED (valid driving license required). You will be working across the Brixton area, alongside skilled professionals in the trade. To be suitable for this role, you must have an NVQ or City and Guilds qualification with proof of completion.
