About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Fitness Coach to join our team at Apex Coaching. As a Group Training Gym Coach, you will be responsible for delivering high-energy group training sessions, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting our members in achieving their fitness goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver 3-4 x 45-minute group training sessions per shift, creating a fun and engaging atmosphere for our members.
  • Coach and support members on our coaching software, motivating and holding them accountable for their progress.
  • Communicate with clients via phone and respond to prospective new customer inquiries.
  • Process, fulfill, and manage client orders and accounts.
  • Upload videos to social media showcasing sessions and content.
  • Assist with programming and support the development of new training plans.
Requirements
  • Level 3 Personal Trainer Certification (required).
  • Emergency First-Aid at Work Certification (desirable).
  • Excellent customer service skills and a passion for working with people.
  • Basic IT skills for using desktop software to support clients.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organized, timely, and accountable.
