Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Warehouse and Logistics Coordinator to join our Onshore Service team in the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient management of stocks, ensuring timely delivery of goods to customers, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory levels, receive, pick, pack, and dispatch goods while maintaining accurate records.
  • Accept and inspect incoming goods, documenting any damage or discrepancies.
  • Operate transport equipment safely and efficiently, capturing relevant data in data processing systems.
  • Arrange storage, commissioning, and removal of goods, recording them in the appropriate systems.
  • Organize regular stock maintenance and inventory checks in the storage area.
  • Complete packaging of deliveries according to shipping instructions and company guidelines.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment, adhering to company procedures and equipment maintenance.
  • Support operational requirements while maintaining integrity of procedural requirements.
  • Be flexible to support home location or others upon request with flexible working arrangements.

Requirements

  • Material Handling experience is preferred.
  • Prior working experience in a warehouse environment, preferably in the Wind industry, is preferred.
  • Technical knowledge would be an advantage.
  • A self-motivated individual with ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • SAP experience would be preferred, although full training would be provided.
  • The job role requires a Full UK driving license.
