We are seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to join our team at Winemark in Bangor. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales advisors and ensuring the store operates efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of sales advisors to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including stock management, cash handling, and customer relations.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement.
- Monitor and control store expenses, including labor costs, inventory, and utilities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven experience in a retail or customer-facing role, with a strong track record of leadership and team management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
