- Engage with potential candidates through telephone interviews to assess their suitability for client vacancies.
- Review resumes to match candidates with relevant job openings.
- Coordinate candidate registrations and schedule interviews with clients.
- Ensure all candidates meet the necessary qualifications and experience for client positions.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and clients while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Attend client meetings and provide regular updates on candidate progress.
- Work independently and take initiative to drive results.
