About the Role


Room Makers is seeking a skilled and motivated Site Fitter to join our installation team. As a Site Fitter, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality cabinetry solutions to our clients across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist in pre-installation preparation, working closely with senior fitters and project managers to understand installation requirements and site conditions.
• Learn and develop skills in the safe and accurate installation of custom-built cabinets, wardrobes, shelves, and other furniture pieces in residential homes and commercial properties.
• Conduct site assessments to evaluate installation requirements, site conditions, and potential challenges, working collaboratively with the installation team to develop solutions and overcome any issues or obstacles encountered during the installation process.
• Interact professionally and courteously with clients during installation projects, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any questions or concerns.
• Maintain a safe and organized worksite, adhering to health and safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself, colleagues, and clients.

• A keen interest in joinery, woodworking, and cabinetry is essential.
• Hands-on training and mentoring from experienced site fitters and craftsmen.
