Product Delivery Manager

Job Summary

Noir is seeking a highly skilled Product Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of multiple digital software products through development, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production environments. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading software and product teams to successful project delivery, with a strong understanding of large-scale software systems design, development, testing, deployment, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead software and product teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's software products and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize product requirements.
  • Develop and implement Agile and Lean methodologies to improve team efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality software products that meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Manage and mitigate risks associated with software development and delivery.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in leading software and product teams to successful project delivery.
  • Strong understanding of large-scale software systems design, development, testing, deployment, and delivery.
  • Experience with Agile and Lean methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Knowledge of software development tools and technologies, including GitHub, Atlassian suite (JIRA, Confluence).
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
  • Experience with ISO Security and Quality Processes.
  • PRINCE2 Agile Project Management Certification.
