Position Overview:
If you have a strong background in Engineering and a passion for Reliability engineering, we invite you to consider the role of Principal Engineer within our Brackley team.
Key Duties:
- Oversee asset management for all operational equipment
- Ensure optimal reliability and availability through strategic maintenance practices
- Evaluate equipment performance and downtime to drive continuous enhancements
- Lead capital projects and installations
- Engage collaboratively with team members, suppliers, and contractors
Qualifications:
Essential:
- Engineering qualification at Level 3 or higher
- Experience in an engineering maintenance setting
- Self-driven with robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
Desirable:
- Familiarity with CMMS systems
- Experience with CAD software
- Project management skills
- Ability to manage contractors
