Key Duties:

  • Oversee asset management for all operational equipment
  • Ensure optimal reliability and availability through strategic maintenance practices
  • Evaluate equipment performance and downtime to drive continuous enhancements
  • Lead capital projects and installations
  • Engage collaboratively with team members, suppliers, and contractors

Qualifications:

Essential:

  • Engineering qualification at Level 3 or higher
  • Experience in an engineering maintenance setting
  • Self-driven with robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
