Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Solutions Architect

Onyx-Conseil is seeking a highly experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Solutions Architect to join our team. As a key member of our Global Applications team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining a global platform for our client.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design Authority: You will be the design authority for the Dynamics CRM solution, responsible for evangelizing across all elements of the solution.
  2. Gatekeeper: You will be the gatekeeper to the design, architecture, and implementation of the global platform, ensuring that best practices are followed and Microsoft Dynamics standards are met.
  3. Solution Development: You will lead the conceptualisation, design, and delivery of high-quality solutions across all areas of the Dynamics landscape, including CRM, Marketing, Portal, and several incoming and outgoing interfaces via the integration platforms.
  4. Technical Expertise: You will use advanced knowledge of JScript, C#, PowerApps, and MS Technologies to enhance the solution and develop proof of concepts to demonstrate options.
  5. Technology Evaluation: You will investigate, analyze, and propose new technologies or revisions to existing architectural design that will benefit the admissions user communities.
  6. Risk Management: You will identify product risks and mitigate or communicate as necessary.
  7. Technical Design Support: You will provide direct technical design support within the Global Applications team to build or revise support processes and practices.

Requirements:

  1. Microsoft Dynamics CRM Certifications: You must have MS Dynamics CRM Certifications.
  2. Microsoft Certifications: You must have other Microsoft certifications.
  3. Experience: You must have 7+ years of experience in Dynamics CRM Configuration/customisation.
  4. Area Expertise: You must have 7+ years of experience with all Dynamics areas (CRM, Marketing, Customer Service, Portal).
  5. Technical Skills: You must have experience in Configuration/customisation, Testing, and debugging.
  6. Language: You must have English as your primary language.
  7. Industry Experience: You must have experience in the education sector and DevOps.
