In this role, you will oversee the design and execution of roadway and drainage systems for development initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and environmental standards.
Collaborate with the Senior Management Team to support projects across various offices and disciplines;
Ensure that all designs are developed in accordance with MCHW, DMRB, and/or local design standards;
Adhere to relevant Health & Safety regulations, particularly the CDM Regulations, while adopting a proactive approach to risk management and mitigation.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience in Section 278 and Section 38 highway design projects;
- Proficiency in highway drainage design and MicroDrainage software;
- Demonstrated project management skills in delivering highway projects on time and within budget;
- Experience in developing, mentoring, and supervising Highway Design personnel;
- Strong understanding of highways technical documentation within the DMRB;
- Familiarity with Civil 3D software.
Possession of a valid UK driving license is required.
