We are seeking a dedicated and permanent Logistics Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess a Counterbalance Forklift Licence or be willing to undergo Forklift Training to support our operations in various divisions.

Key Responsibilities of a Logistics Associate:

  • Maintain accurate documentation and records.
  • Prepare inventory for delivery personnel.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of stock areas at all times.
  • Conduct inventory counts as required.
  • Execute any tasks assigned by the Operations Manager.
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations and protocols.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • The physical capability to manage substantial stock volumes daily.
  • The ability to perform under pressure.
  • A valid forklift licence.
  • Knowledge of health and safety practices.
  • A commitment to executing all tasks in accordance with established procedures.
  • Proficiency in using appropriate tools and safety equipment.
  • The initiative to report any equipment defects or safety concerns immediately.
  • A proactive approach to maintaining a clean and orderly workspace.
  • The responsibility to report incidents or near misses promptly.
  • Suggestions for improving safety and reducing hazards.
  • A willingness to cooperate in safety investigations to prevent future occurrences.
  • A personal commitment to the safety of oneself and others.

In return for your dedication and skills, you will receive:

  • A standard workweek of 40 hours across five days, Monday to Friday.
