Sales Director Commercial Vehicle Division

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Sales Director to lead the sales operations of our Commercial Vehicle Division. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving growth and profitability by leading a team of field-based sales executives, securing high-value deals, and contributing to the overall strategic direction of the company.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Leadership & Strategy: Develop and execute a robust sales strategy for the Composite parts manufacturing and ETRUX business units, ensuring alignment with the overall vision and growth objectives of the JANS Group.
- Team Management & Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of field-based sales executives, fostering a high-performance culture focused on achieving and exceeding commercial targets.
- Customer Relationship Management: Utilise your established network within the industry to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Business Development & Market Expansion: Conduct thorough market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities in the commercial vehicle sector.
- Financial Management & Reporting: Take full responsibility for the sales budget, including forecasting, financial reporting, and ensuring alignment with the company's financial goals.
- A minimum of 15 years of sales experience, with at least 7 years in a senior leadership role within cutting-edge industries.
- Proven track record of successfully operating at Board level or reporting directly to the CEO or executive leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to lead sales teams to achieve significant revenue growth and market share expansion.
